Welcome to IPv4 DC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at https://ipv4dc.com (the “Site”) and the IPv4/IPv6 leasing, IP reputation, BGP routing, and related services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Site and Services, you (“User,” “Client,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing a leasing agreement, or utilizing any of our Services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and have the authority to bind the entity you represent to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

IPv4 DC provides IP address leasing (IPv4 and IPv6), Reverse DNS (rDNS) management, LOA & Authorization management, BGP Routing Security, and IP Reputation monitoring.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice.

  • The provision of IP addresses is subject to availability and approval. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) & Abuse

Maintaining the pristine reputation of our IP blocks is our highest priority. You agree to use the leased IPs strictly for lawful purposes.

You strictly agree NOT to use our Services for:

  • Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk emails (UBE) or unsolicited commercial emails (UCE) (CAN-SPAM/GDPR violations).

  • Malicious Activities: Hosting malware, phishing sites, botnets, DDoS attacks, or engaging in any form of cybercrime.

  • Copyright Infringement: Hosting or distributing copyrighted material without proper authorization (DMCA violations).

  • Illegal Content: Hosting or transmitting any content that is illegal, defamatory, highly offensive, or promotes violence/terrorism.

  • BGP Hijacking: Unauthorized routing announcements or IP hijacking.

Abuse Handling: If we receive an abuse report or detect malicious activity originating from your leased IP addresses, we reserve the right to instantly suspend or null-route the affected IPs without prior notice. Continuous or severe abuse will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund, and you may be held liable for costs associated with cleaning the IP reputation (delisting fees).

4. IP Ownership and Lifecycle

  • No Ownership Transfer: Leasing IP addresses from IPv4 DC does not transfer ownership of the IPs to you. You are granted a temporary, revocable right to use the IP addresses for the duration of your active subscription.

  • Return of IPs: Upon termination or expiration of your leasing agreement, all routing announcements must cease, and the IPs must be returned to IPv4 DC in a clean, non-blacklisted state.

5. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

  • Payment Terms: All Services are billed on a prepaid subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) unless a custom Enterprise contract states otherwise.

  • Late Payments: Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in immediate suspension or reclamation of the leased IP addresses.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital IP allocation and routing, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an LOA (Letter of Authorization) has been issued or IPs have been routed, except in cases where IPv4 DC fails to deliver the promised Services.

6. IP Reputation & Blacklisting

You are responsible for monitoring the IP addresses assigned to you. If IPs are returned at the end of your contract on major blacklists (e.g., Spamhaus, Barracuda), IPv4 DC reserves the right to charge a “Reputation Cleanup Fee” or continue billing your account until the IPs are successfully delisted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPv4 DC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Services.

  • Downtime, network interruptions, or routing failures.

  • Any actions taken against you by third-party ISPs, upstream providers, or anti-spam organizations.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall be limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IPv4 DC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or any abuse/illegal activity originating from your leased IP addresses.

9. Termination

  • By You: You may terminate your services by providing notice according to the terms of your specific leasing agreement.

  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United states, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in United states.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
