Privacy Policy
At IPV4 DC, we strive to provide high-quality IPv4 and IPv6 leasing services. Because our services involve the immediate allocation of digital resources, routing configurations, and Letter of Authorization (LOA) processing, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of Internet Protocol (IP) address leasing and the immediate costs associated with provisioning and network announcements, all sales are generally final. By purchasing a lease or service from IPV4 DC, you acknowledge that the service begins immediately upon the allocation of the IP resources to your account or the issuance of an LOA.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only considered under the following limited circumstances:
Non-Delivery of Service: If we are unable to provide the IP addresses or services purchased within three (3) business days of payment, provided the delay is not caused by the customer’s failure to provide necessary technical information (e.g., ASN, OrgID).
Defective Resources: If the assigned IP addresses are found to be on major blacklists (e.g., Spamhaus SBL) at the exact time of delivery, and we are unable to provide a clean replacement within 48 hours of being notified.
Duplicate Payments: In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge.
3. Non-Refundable Items and Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you no longer require the IPs or if your project (e.g., IPTV, VPN, AI) is discontinued.
Post-Delivery Blacklisting: We are not responsible for blacklisting, “reputation burns,” or damage that occurs after the IPs have been routed or used by the customer.
Compatibility Issues: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their upstream provider or data center accepts our LOAs and supports BGP announcements.
Policy Violations: No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) or Abuse Policy (e.g., spamming, DDoS, or illegal content).
Setup Fees: Any one-time setup or administrative fees are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy
Monthly Leases: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your client dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the renewal date.
Termination: Upon cancellation, the IPs will be de-routed and reclaimed at the end of your current paid billing period.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund based on the eligible criteria in Section 2:
Open a support ticket via the IPV4 DC Client Portal.
Provide your Order ID and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Note: Any transaction fees or cryptocurrency network fees (gas) incurred during the original payment are strictly non-refundable.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage customers to contact support to resolve any billing issues. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in the immediate suspension of all active IP leases and may lead to the permanent blacklisting of your organization from our platform.
